Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
Our staff will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service. However, if the result doesn't present as discussed, we will rectify at no extra charge, providing you contact the salon within the first three days after your appointment. If you are unhappy with the results simply by choice, we will re-work at the usual pricing rates.
NOTE: It may take multiple applications to reach your desired hair colour. This is dependent upon your natural hair, hair history, and hair goals. This is standard procedure and there is no one-size fits all approach or result. Please speak to our team for a free consultation.
We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we require at least 24 hoursʼ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hoursʼ notice may result in a cancellation fee of $20.
We offer an email reminder service which is sent to you prior to your appointment. Please confirm with a staff member when booking your appointment to ensure that your email is entered into our system.
Our salon is a ladies only salon. This means that male partners (or any other male family members, friends, etc.) are, unfortunately, not allowed to enter the premises. This policy is purely in place to accommodate for veiled women who may attend the salon. Luckily, the salon is located in the heart of Bankstown and is surrounded by many cafes and shops, presenting a perfect solution if you wish to wait for your partner or family member whilst they are attended to in our salon.
When attending your appointment, please wear appropriate clothing (nothing of high value), as items of clothing may get damaged during the process. We will not be held liable for any damages to clothing. These policies have been put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your in-salon experience with us.
