Our Story & Vision

Ronda’s passion for hair and beauty commenced when she began her apprenticeship at the age of 16. Whilst studying, she worked at well regarded salons all around Sydney where she developed her experience and knowledge.

In 1992, Ronda opened her own salon doors for the first time and since then, has built the business upon client satisfaction and her quest to maintain the title of "the best ladies only salon in Sydney.'' 

Ronda's Hair & Beauty has become a regular attendant at exhibitions around Australia and in 2006, Ronda's ‘hard work pays off’ motto earned her a Women in Business award which was an incredibly humbling achievement.

Currently, Ronda and her team are still driven by client satisfaction and simply offering good value. The team's services have grown significantly as the business provides the latest technology in hair removal, skin therapy, fat reduction, and microdermabrasion.

Ronda's vision is for the salon to be a complete, all-in-one, hair and beauty salon for women around Sydney.
